EB Games Mount Druitt

Found out today that they could change my e-mail on the spot instead of ringing up customer service for the 6 time to do this!! Thank you Rebecca for your honesty your a good person and professional

Only 1 star for Charlotte as your customer service is very poor very rude and arrogant towards customers who are paying over a Thousand Dollars for games and PlayStation 5 an then I would give Rebecca 10stars for her polite service

If i could give 0 stars i would. I bought a gamimg head set in september for my son that they recommended and 3 months later the is not working my son could not hear when he was using it and his friends could not heat him and he moved the microphone part and it popped out of place so i rang up mt druitt to see if they can exchange it since is under warranty i explain to them on the phone and the manager asked me to bring it in so i did the minute i got there they where so rude i told the girl that was serving me that i rang before about the heatseat not working explain to her i was told to bring it in and also told her that it was not working and her reply was no it didnt that could not have happend telling when i told her that my son was moving the mic part so he could see if it would work but the mic popped out and she told that didnt happend it is not possible for it to come out by moving it how can she tell me that didnt happend when she was not there calling me a lier and she did not want to help told me is not under warrantee and gave me a number to call they did not test the headset or anything the i said to them why would you tell me to come in when i explain it to you on the phone and you said bring it we need to see it first n test it and to turn around and say no and not even test the headset. When i left i when to plumpton eb games the massive diffence the girls there lisen to me did not accuse me of lieing and she took the headset and tested it and she said we where right that it was not working you would not hear anything they where so kind and they exchanged it with no issuies since it was only 3 months old. Eb games mt druitt need to train there stuff there not to be rude to there customers specially the manager that did not want to help. Will never return to that store again.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with any questions I had. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. Overall, it was a fantastic shopping experience, and I'll definitely be returning in the future for all my gaming needs!"

This EB games outlet is located next to Target in the Westfield Mount Druitt.Staff is friendly and stock availability is ok.Good variety of new and preowned games.Click and collect is very good.The staff has good product knowledge so if you need some more information then dont hesitate to ask them.
