EB Games Midland

Called up about trade value and just wanted to know about the price of a console and discs. Female was very unhelpful and said she couldn’t tell me the prices of things on the phone and was being lazy and had a big attitude. I called the city store and got a male that not only helped me but gave me each individual price for the games and console I wanted to trade and took there time with me. I went to explain why I couldn’t use a computer but she didn’t care. Please Refresh your midland store with customer service

Shoutout to Charlie for the incredible customer service provided; his hard work, patience and excellent problem solving skills helped me out of a potentially difficult situation. Charlie really went above and beyond today. His female colleague or manager was also very friendly and supportive. Kudos to them both for their professionalism and warm assistance. Management, if you are reading this, please kindly consider giving them a raise…. they do so much for your brand. ☺️

EB Games offers a wide selection of games, consoles, and accessories. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, making for a pleasant shopping experience. However, prices can sometimes be higher compared to online retailers. Overall, a great place for gamers to find their favorite products.

This shop has recently change locations with in the Midland gate shopping centre and has now got a much larger area to display their games. This is the very busy shop with lots of people looking to buy new and used games and getting information on WhatsApp and coming. The people that work here seem to be on the pulse

So exciting to see a brand new Zing store pop up in WA! Great selection of pop culture items including FX lightsabers! I enjoyed the pop vinyl range and loved how interactive the staff are. Gotta hand it to Zing they are still at the top of the food chain when it comes to fantasy shopping. Get over to Midland ASAP
