EB Games Kippa-Ring

Unfortunately didn't have the board game we were after.

Absolutely disgusted. I got a ps5 silicone cover shipped from this store to my house. Received it, exterior box looked good! Opened it.. and the item was OPEN, with the actual items box ripped. It looked like someone returned it and shoved it back in the box. I took the cover out, and it had white scratches all over it (the cover is black so you can see the damage). It had HAIR on it as well that’s definitely not mine. Like I mean a fair bit of cat hair and I don’t own cats… The person who packaged this was Patrica (as said by the receipt). I now have to go through customer service and be on hold for hours just to get a refund for a Xmas gift I bought. Who would package and send someone, this item that is damaged?! Disgusting.

Took part in the pre-release for MTG Final Fantasy on Friday! What an amazing night. The event was run brilliantly and smoothly. They even had bingo! Both Tash and Erin are amazing, both very helpful, knowledgeable, and welcomed you to an amazing atmosphere of fun. Definitely recommend heading in and seeing them for any of your platform gaming needs their great range of pokemon and MTG cards!

Awesome gaming and pop culture store at Kippa Ring. They have all the games and heaps of used games. Spare parts and pokemon

Absolutely terrific staff there, I'm a regular customer always buying or having a browse when i feel bored. One particular bloke there by the name of Henry is hands down one of the best staff I've ever met at ANY Eb games store over the years i have been going to them. Excellent manners, always humble and helpful and excellent customer service. I hope this review goes to the head office and back to him because this guy really deserves a promotion or a plaque, awesome fella and i always feel welcome there no matter what! Keep up the good work mate!
