Great deals but unfortunately the physical discs will be extinct taken over by digital orders

DO NOT SHOP WITH EB GAMES. We pre ordered product from this company and when we attempted to pick up the items we had them spin lies about where the stock was and told they would call/txt/email us in coming days only to never hear from them and when we re entered the store they imply that we are dumb/don’t know how to read text or emails yet the company never emailed txt or called us the product released 3 weeks ago and we could of purchased cheaper and at multiple other companies including eb themselves selling the product online yet they couldn’t tell us where our product was that they had taken payment for already. Oh and don’t bother calling customer service as they leave you on hold for 2 hours only to spin the same lies and yet agree with me when I explain this isn’t how a pre ordered product should work only to tell you there’s nothing they can do and hang up. This company does not care about their customers or the product they sell. We have since cancelled all upcoming pre orders made with this company and will never deal with them again

These five stars are for Tahnee and Tahnee only! She was so so nice. Ran in 10 minutes before they closed and she was so happy to help and found what we needed quickly. Was a super positive shopping experience!!
