Absolutely wonderful customer service!!! I placed an order online recently and unfortunately there was an issue with the item. When I followed up, Scott was professional, accommodating and truly went above and beyond. Cannot recommend Dark Wolf Collectibles highly enough! Thank you again.

Dark Wolf was one of the first card stores I visited when I got back into Pokemon. Scott the owner is a wonderful, caring person who gave great service and treated me with kindness and respect from the get go. He was also super generous any time he had the chance to do so, especially if he knew I was getting cards for friends or their kids. The other staff are just as friendly and helpful, and the store is always offering good prices for their products. The trade night's on Thursday nights are also worth checking out because the people that frequent them are all kind and happy people looking to be part of a good community. Make sure to check out Dark Wolf when you get the chance. They're a great store that will look out for your best interests.

My son has collected Pokemon on and off for years. We visit a lot of card shops and without a doubt find the guys over at Dark Wolf the best! Dan is always so helpful, he does such a great job giving advice and helping us with our collecting. With this great hobby getting impacted by scalping, you need somewhere you can go and trust. The whole team are awesome and I can honestly say really fair with pricing and definitely a good trip to a rest card shop. Thanks Scott, Dan and team! My son loves coming in store. In fact we are heading your way shortly:)!

I’ve been visiting Dark Wolf Collectables for around four months now and they’ve more than deserved a positive review. I often find that collectable stores, card shops especially, can be very transactional. However at Dark Wolf I immediately got the sense that this was a local business that genuinely cared about its clients. They are all very friendly and welcoming. Not just in terms of how they act but also in how they choose to conduct their business. They are fair and always make abundantly clearly how they’re operating and why. For transparency I visit the store to purchase Pokémon singles, and occasionally to preorder Pokémon cards. I have no fiscal kickback and I’m not affiliated with them in any way beyond what I stated above. The following review is honest and transparent - but I am biased towards them from my experiences there. Buying & Selling: Although I won’t dive into exact specifics here, Dark Wolf is open and transparent about how they find their prices. Their stock is also updated “on the fly” as per market and you’ll simply never find a card that’s priced out of date- a very common issue with card shops. Although some may find not having prices on the cards confusing at first, it encourages you to speak to the staff and in my experience they’ve always given very fair prices. They won’t be different from market. It is also noteworthy that they’ve very recently became an official Pokémon distributor - which means all of their Pokémon sealed products that they get from the Pokémon company are bang-on RPP. No “dealer” tax at all- which is something even EB games can’t say. I can’t personally comment on selling them cards as I haven’t done so, but I have no doubt they would treat you and your collection fairly and transparently. Staff: In the interest of transparency again I prefer business and staff being interpersonal rather than strictly “professional” and “transactional”. I like the experience of going into a local store, being greeted by a friendly face, and treated like a friend rather than a customer. Dark Wolf delivers on this very well. If you value approachable, friendly customer service they’ve always delivered for me. On a knowledge front it’s clear the staff aren’t just people who opened a store to make money. They genuinely know a lot about their products and how to operate. They’d be an excellent option for anyone looking to get into collecting or those who always value a professional opinion. Store: The store is open, easy to find the products and always very clean. There is a very large gaming space as pictured for tournaments and so on. They have snacks and drinks available, and the location has enough parking from 9-5. I’ve never not found a car park. Post typical work hours the parking is very ample. Kids: The staff are friendly and are all parents themselves. This is definitely a kid-friendly venue. There is also a large bathroom that would be functional as a parent room. Pets: The store is pet friendly! I’ve personally witnessed their love of dogs, and it wouldn’t be an issue to bring one in. Disabilities: The entrance and parking to the store are all level and flat. No issues at all for accessibility. At this time the gaming area is not disability accessible, as there are only stairs to a second level. However, I am sure the staff would be happy to make alternative arrangements if asked. TLDR; a five star rated collectables store that deserves it. Honest, friendly and everything right about local business. Dan’s a King. 👑

The friendliest staff I have ever met, and they gave me a free card since my brother came with me. They have great prices for all the products, and huge amounts of inventory. I would visit here whenever i have a chance.
