The Games Shop - Hornsby

Nerolie was so helpful and knowledgeable when helping us choose a present for a friend. You can tell she really knows her stuff. Her excitement was so contagious- we left with big smiles and will be back soon!!!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Staff member was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Won’t be coming back.

The guys who work here are pretty good but there is no point going in if the 2 girls are working. I walked around the whole store twice and didn't even get a hello even though one of them walked directly past me at one point. They're too interested in having a chat behind the counter. Pretty disappointing.

Super friendly and excellent store! Had a great conversation with Emma on Thursday night, then ended up buying far more Magic: The Gathering packs than I had intended to. 5 Stars, no complaints.

Fantastic store, staff product knowledge is incredible and invaluable. Nerolie was tremendously helpful and polite. 10/10 service.
