The Games Shop - Greenhills

Staff are amazing. The older guy (sorry didn't catch his name) was very informative. Found this place by accident, and ran out of time as we were up here for a concert. Keen to drive the 3 hours back here and spend more time shopping

The staff member working last night (a young man) clearly had no interest in being there. Wasn’t willing to give any assistance, and didn’t look up from the computer once despite the store being busy. I always aim to support independent stores despite the more exorbitant prices because the knowledge is always superior and the customer service is more personalised. Definitely not this time. Being completely ignored when I planned on buying multiple games was disheartening, I wouldn’t be surprised if other customers feel the same way. Why choose to shop here when there is 5 other stores at Greenhills that sell the same products for a cheaper price and you get the exact same service.

Worst customer service ever at the Greenhills store I placed an order for something and when it arrived I never received a text to say it had and instead of staff calling me to say it arrived they sold it on me. I then contacted the store as it had been a while and when I did the manager accused me of becoming aggressive, which I wasn't and he was contradictive towards me on the phone

Good selection of items. Boxes everywhere that needed to be unpacked. A trip hazard. Wanted to look at the pop vinyls and was told don’t trip over the boxes. Shouldn’t be there. Rude staff

Great selection and helpful staff. Extra good if you are looking for something a little harder to find... like large playing dice!
