23/9 The lass behind the counter was amazing, she looked up multiple things for us, she was very knowledgeable and helpful, offered to order things which they didnt have, we declined as we live hours away.

Ordered MTG singles and they were swiftly organised for purchase. Store is very tidy and stocked, bathrooms are clean amd service was top notch. Only downside is that Good Games stores are largely phasing out public access to binders/bulk bins which I enjoyed going through for pauper singles.

I absolutely hate writing bad reviews so I originally held off after my first bad experience here but now after a second one I feel like I have to write one. I am incredibly surprised to see everyone’s reviews saying they have had great service because twice now I have had the opposite. On my original visit I walked in to see the store empty aside from one staff member behind the counter with his feet up on the desk. Despite the empty store I was not greeted or asked if I needed help, whatever, I browse by myself until I have a question about availability and am answered with a “no.” Without even looking up. Needless to say I didn’t buy anything and I left. Today my boyfriend needed to purchase a binder and being one of the only places open later I (against my better judgment) decided to give the benefit of the doubt that perhaps it was just a bad day. Unfortunately not. A different set of staff members on tonight and still no greeting or offer of assistance. Again whatever, we find a binder for him, I see a couple of Pokemon cards I like and want to know prices of. We go up to the counter and the staff member looks at us like he’s irritated we exist. I ask about the cards and get answered with “idk around 220 or something” again trying to let it roll off me, I ask about the price of some of the packs behind the counter and this time get answered “a lot” I have never found it so difficult to give someone my money. I have worked in retail over ten years, I get that people have bad days but I have NEVER seen a set of people so uninterested in what they do or serving their customers. Safe to say I will not be returning a third time.

Great shop with plenty of tables to use, whilst the miniature selection is kinda on the small side the paint range is plenty big enough. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. It's great to have an FLGS in the area!

These folks have pulled through thick and thin to acquire and ship a huge order for me. I honestly can't fault any of their service, its been absolutely astounding. They sent me personally emailed updates and i got a little edible treat in every package to say thank you. These people are wonderful and they know how to handle themselves in a pinch. Thanks for your fantastic service!!
