Great overall customer service with very nice attitude towards customers. The pricing on all the cards were very, fair and overall a great store. My only dislike was this young lad who could have possibly been homeless with an overgrown mullet kept pestering me and what I was purchasing.

Phoned this morning to ask what price % the shop buys cards in for, hadn’t asked anywhere before hand, just didn’t want to drive out 30mins to ask one questions. Guy in the phone was extremely rude, saying they bought at a % of value when ask 3 times what the % was, he said he was fed up of getting calls like this all the time. All shops buy at 60-70% and they coordinate this so people stop calling all the time to ask. We had no idea of this, having been the first place we called. Just felt like it was extremely rude and poor service. I understand being fed up being asked the same questions all the time but isn’t that part of the job working in a shop?

As someone who started getting into cards again last year, this is my local store and the owner Michael and his staff are extremely welcoming and easy to get along with. So much so I often find myself stopping in just for a chat on my visits to the shopping centre or on my lunch breaks. The community they have built is also amazing!

Such a great store! The owner is always lovely and willing to help find cards or anime figured that I'm in need of. Recommend him to anyone I speak with! Been going to his store for 3+years now and have never had any issues!

I have a strong feeling that this store weighs their cards or reseals them. I know, a huge accusation, but I have been quite a few times and each time I buy a pack, no matter how many packs I buy! I get no hits, and neither do my friends who have been there. The biggest sign for me was how difficult the cards were to open. When I buy from big retail stores, opening packs are as smooth as butter. But when I go here, suddenly I have to use force? And they rip so unnaturally! I’ve had some encounters with a few workers, there is a young tan guy who is lovely! But a guy who wear glasses is a hit or miss. Sometimes you’ll be standing in the store for a while before being approached, he’s just sitting at the back tables and is very stand off-ish. Also a bit weird but I’m pretty sure bro wears meta glasses… realising this I never want to return as that’s just so odd! Why are you needing to record interactions with customers without their knowledge and permission! Security cameras, understandable and completely fine, but close up personal interactions being recorded? For what purpose does this serve? Also please get some PR training or something, because the responses to these reviews are wild! Funny read, but inappropriate for a business. Please save your money and time, and just go to game traders or better yet, pre order from a big retail store! 🙂
