I recently purchased 12 First Partner Series 2 boxes from this store. At the time of purchase there were no purchase limits listed, no allocation notices, and there was still additional stock available beyond what I ordered. Given how difficult this product has been to find, I was willing to pay around $70 each despite major retailers like Kmart and BIG W selling them for around $30 RRP. Less than 10 minutes after placing my order, I received a phone call from the owner accusing me of being a scalper and claiming I was buying all the stock. The conversation was incredibly unprofessional and felt more like a personal attack than a discussion with a customer. I was then told my entire order had been cancelled, despite having ordered from the store previously without issue. The accusation made even less sense considering my order wasn't the entire inventory. The reason I purchased multiple units was because the hit rates on these are notoriously poor and I was hoping to complete the three-card set while also getting a set for my wife. If the store wanted to enforce purchase limits, that's completely their right. The problem is there were no limits displayed anywhere on the listing. Customers shouldn't be allowed to place orders only to be called afterwards, accused of scalping, and have their orders cancelled based on assumptions. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that when I checked the website the next day, the same product had been relisted at $80 each. It's hard to take lectures about scalping seriously when a store is already charging well over double retail price on distributor-allocated product and then increases the price even further after cancelling customer orders. This isn't the first product I've seen heavily marked up by this store and I doubt it will be the last. Poor communication, poor professionalism, and a complete lack of respect for customers. I'll be spending my money elsewhere in the future. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere like Battle City Collectables, where the pricing and customer service are far more reasonable.

Really good hobby shop for tabletop games. Great range of paintsmodels and models supplies. Scott is extremely welcoming and makes you feel comfortable without pressurising you. Definitely worth a look if you in the area.

Such a friendly and welcoming hobby store! My friends and I make the drive every few weeks from Northern NSW to attend their beginner friendly 40K tournaments and have really fallen in love with the store and the community around it. Simon is so helpful and is an absolute legend. Great prices and great atmosphere to game in.

Very welcoming and genuine. I’ve visited the store 3 or 4 times over the past few months. Each time has been going for something I’ve never tried before - the owner, employee, and even other customers have been exceedingly helpful and outgoing. The culture made diving into a new thing stress-free and exciting. The prices are very reasonable and when I needed to order in something that wasn’t stocked, the process was breezy. Would definitely recommend.

Went in to t3 after deciding to get back into a hobby I had as a kid. The guys there are unreal, answered all my questions, recommended products, even helped me build my first mini. They also helped me prime all my models and did a little paint session with me. Simon, Kyle and the gang have got a great community there. All the customers super friendly. They do regular events where I’ve met new friends (tough to do when you’re past your 30s!) Couldn’t recommend any higher, amazing store, great people, legendary staff
