Relic Games

This review is directed at how things are run for TCG singles and to spread awarness to anyone looking to purchase through Relic games. I took them at their word and asked how up to date the prices where and was told they where recently updated, so I proceeded with the purchase. After cross checking with other places I found that the prices were well off. Know what things are worth and not just what they've listed the price as; they seem inexperienced in how a vendor works/ operates. Store policy is to use GoodGames to set prices for singles however, their "higher end" cards are determined off of a mysterious URL or, as was explained to me, "multiple factors". There was zero room to negotiate as the one who sets prices wasn't willing to adjust or come down to market rate so I had to refund (which will take approx. 7 business days to process). Dubbo needs a trusted hobby space that isnt looking to fleece its customers, but this isn't it. They should stick to sealed product, board games and accessories. Would not recommend. Edit: Please dont misquote me, I myself acknowdged the out of stock price and refered to other in stock prices for referenece.

Genuinely the best place to start your tcg journey. Always friendly and happy to chat. Even after a million annoying questions These guys have always treated me with respect and made my hobbies as joyful as they can be!

Such an awesome shop stocked with so much good stuff. The staff were super nice and im sure would help with pretty much anything fantasy gaming. Will definately be going back

Thanks for the service, it's such a great place to visit for Lorcana and other trading cards. It was memorable to pull the Lilo enchanted card while in store. Would recommend the store

Basement Games has now become Relic Games, with a fantastic new location! They still have a fantastic range of games and gaming products for all ages and abilities, and now have an amazing area for game play! Plus they are now wheelchair accessible! (including an accessible toilet)
