Pro Gamers

Very nice, clean and lots of space. Great selection of cards. One piece of feedback that I would give is for staff to take note of their volume when talking. A staff member the other day was talking very loudly about inappropriate topics. Other than that, I highly recommend this shop.

Went the other day, not sure if I'm crazy but if I go to a card store I'd like to have a look at the cards. Not only was the counter person little to no help but I was instructed to purchase online, when I was already in store. I did buy some pricier cards but I wasn't even able to see them before purchase. After finally brining the purchased cards out, some $50 and above, some had sleeves and some did not. The ones that did come with sleeves he had the audacity to take off and flick on the table to show us, if we hadn't purchased it, whatever, but as I had bought the cards the handling was just not great. So if you buy cards here do not expect to have sleeves unless I was just unlucky 🤷. And if I'm supposed to order off the website and can't see the cards then they should have proper photos.

I had a recent issue with some booster boxes that didn’t arrive in the expected condition because of the delivery, but Dave and the team at Pro Gamers handled everything professionally and promptly. Their communication was clear, respectful, and very understanding throughout the entire process. They processed the refund quickly and made the return process smooth and hassle-free. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their service. Excellent customer service and a trustworthy store. I would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend Pro Gamers to anyone in the TCG community.

When an order was stolen in transit the store provided a refund, even though I had not opted for a tracked parcel and AUSPost had admitted fault. This is a strong indicator of a business that cares about the people that engage with it. 5 stars.

I was introduced to this business by my 18 year old gamer grandson. At 68 it's not my thing however I was happy to see my grandson immerse himself in the huge array of games. I was happy to see on game I did recognise, UNO, lol. This business is the place to go for all gamers. They have tables for players, snacks and drinks. Well worth a look around the well stocked shelves or speak to the very friendly helpful staff.
