Jac's Cave of Wonders

I’m based in Queensland and haven’t had the chance to visit the store in person yet, but I wanted to leave a review because of the excellent customer service I received. I was looking for a particular Disney product that I couldn’t find locally, so I called the store to ask about it. Even though I’m not a regular customer and live on the other side of the country, they took the time to help and kindly told me they would let me know if stock became available. What impressed me most was that they actually remembered our conversation and followed through. In a world where many businesses forget about these small interactions, that level of care really stood out. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to help. I’m looking forward to visiting the store someday when I’m in Perth!

I have purchased from here previously and recently ordered again last week. I placed the order, a few hours later I get a shipping label - talk about great service. It took over a week to come to me but that isn't due to anyone's fault. So happy with my new Baymax moneybox

I love it. When I saw on the website I fell in love. Didn't have much money to buy the 3 I decided to lay buy & pay it off little each week. It arrived yesterday I am in love. Will be sending photos to my mum, sister, family & friends. Might just just email the weekend to my husband for future presents. If I visit western Australia iam bring a empty suitcase. Jac & girls have been awesome with updates. Highly recommended to any disney lover. Will be purchasing items in the future 💕

It was a fast delivery but the item it self has issues and I have emailed twice with no reply as yet so I am not 100% happy with service. I don’t normally leave negative feedback but this was a gift

I’ve always loved your store, watching your TikToks but unfortunately I live in Sydney. I was searching for this money box on Google and your site came up and thought what a great opportunity to purchase something from you guys. You didn’t disappoint! In constant communication about shipping etc, the packaging was beautiful and the ceramic was safely packed. Thankyou so much!
