I’ve used this shop twice for PSA card submissions, and both experiences have been excellent. The service was very fast, reliable and professional from start to finish. Edgar was helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciate the great service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to submit cards to PSA.

Thanks for your response and for clarifying the GST point—I appreciate that clarification. I do want to clarify one point, though. I’ve only visited three times to buy singles otters were sealed product. The first time I asked about price matching and accepted the answer when it was declined, although I felt the interaction was uncomfortable. The second visit was with a different staff member, who was friendly and even offered a discount without me asking. The third visit was with the original staff member, where I didn’t ask for a price match at all, but again left feeling unwelcome. My review wasn’t because I was told “no.” It was because of how I felt I was treated during those interactions. I understand you remember it differently, but that was genuinely my experience. Personally, I’ve had much friendlier experiences discussing prices and browsing at Trading Card Masters in Five Dock, where I’ve always felt welcomed regardless of whether we agree on a price.

I had an order recently that was accepted and confirmed, but later cancelled due to a purchase limit issue on their side. The explanation was that there was a technical issue with the limit not applying correctly, which I understand can happen. However, from a customer experience point of view, it was a bit frustrating as the order went through normally and only got cancelled afterwards. It also meant waiting for a refund through Afterpay, which takes a few business days, so the whole process felt a bit inconvenient. I do appreciate that they did communicate the reason and processed the refund, but I think it would be better if purchase limits were clearly shown and enforced at checkout to avoid this happening again. Overall, decent experience, but room for improvement in how orders and limits are handled.

Fantastic experience every time I visit. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and great to chat with. They are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about the hobby. What I particularly appreciate is that they took the time to help me with a preliminary assessment of my cards before I sent them off for grading. Their insights and honest feedback were extremely helpful and gave me greater confidence in deciding which cards to submit. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Highly recommend this store to anyone interested in TCG.

Staff were very nice and helpful when I stopped by last week. They provided helpful insight when I submitted cards for grading and had a lot of stock of singles cards and sealed packs. Items can be priced a bit steeply though, but nonetheless a great store. I would definitely recommend stopping by.
