Good Games Robina Town Centre

Came up on my birthday, not knowing this shop was there. The service was great, the staff were super friendly. Good quality store, lots to choose from. Looking forward to coming back

Great singles pricing, Game locker app works well. All staff and owner have been amazing to deal with. Have been here many times recently with mates and family. Great store atmosphere and the staff are just excellent. Absolute legends. P.S the new Robina location is amazing and looks even better 😍 Absolutely killer, thanks guys 🔥

I recently had an issue with one of the Good Games vending machines after purchasing some Yu-Gi-Oh! booster packs. While the situation was initially frustrating, I couldn’t be happier with how it was handled. I first contacted head office, but unfortunately my email was ignored for two weeks, so I had to find another way to get the issue resolved. Thankfully, that led me to Mike at Good Games Robina, who completely turned the experience around. Mike took the time to sort everything out, arranged for my missing booster packs to be sent to me, and they arrived incredibly quickly via Express Post. They were also packaged with great care. It’s easy to judge a business when everything goes perfectly, but I think the real test is how they handle problems. Mike’s customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and his willingness to help is exactly why I’ll be returning. I’ll definitely be back on the Gold Coast in November and will be stopping in to support the store. Thanks again, Mike, for the excellent customer service!

I have no experience with tcg's but wanted to get into riftbound with my wife, we went to good games and they were incredible. We cracked packs with the James (one of the coolest on staff) and they were all great staff going above and beyond to really help us with the decks we wanted. We felt so much love from good games staff and community! The owner Michael, is amazing too, he really helped us out to make sure we were on the right foot starting out. Couldn't recommend this store enough! Very fair prices and very rewarding store.

First time visiting Good Games Robina and I had a fantastic experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish. I got a little lost trying to find the store, and one of the staff members actually came down to meet me and guide me in, which was incredibly kind and appreciated. Everyone was friendly, easy to talk to, and made me feel welcome right away. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the community. Highly recommend this store to anyone interested in trading cards, board games, or tabletop gaming. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thanks again for the amazing service! 😊
