Brett and the team always go the extra mile for their customers. High quality service, great range of products. I told everyone I know in the hobby space about Gap Games, my brother became a customer thanks to their service and prices.

I'd like to highly recommend Gap Games. I ordered some items via preorder and Gap Games were very good at communicating / setting expectations in advance. They warned me that it might take 5-6 months and that's fine - I was prepared to wait. When I unexpectedly received one of the preorder items as a Christmas present, Gap Games had no problems changing my order. Again, friendly and polite. No problems at all. Even when I followed up after a few months to see how it was going, the tone of the email was always friendly and polite. And when I wanted to add some items, there were no problems with that. They made it easy. But best of all, when the items arrived, they were all carefully packed (each item was individually wrapped in bubble wrap) and I received the items in good condition. End to end, a first class experience. I would highly recommend Gap Games.

"Cutting the cost of the hobby" Apparantly an inside joke to all customers. As an avid tcg collector and supporter of the store for years, its hard to take the staff seriously these days. 9am - Call - A little above RRP @ $68ea 5pm - Arrival - These are selling for much more on Facebook @ $90ea "Pokemon Company told us this is the price" When a 30%+ increase in the initial call to show up happens, there's clear understanding of those in store that RRP doesn't exist. Hype and someone on the ticket that betrays the long standing brand values. "We do collect - its king" Not if we change the price hourly though - The staff always say "He" changes it everyday depending on the market price........... Theres love for the hobby and price gouging for the profit, however the change in such a short time shows the hobby is not the focus. Profit before people. When the staff actively tell you, maybe come back tomorrow and "he" might drop the prices depending on the market - you know there isnt someone behind it that cares for the brands vision and core values. "Cutting the cost of the hobby - for ourselves" might be a good update. On a plus note, youll get ripped off at the Coles in the same building. Aldi have cards every now and then and dont touch the price as often as these two crooks do. 2 stars cause Aldi is in the same building, not cause this lot care about anyone's hobby or belief in thier core values.

Absolutely amazing business! So many products, everything is discounted from retail price, staff are always happy to help, and amazing customer service! (Even responding to an email and helping with my order on a public holiday) They have no doubt made a returning customer out of me and I wish nothing but the best for their growth.
