I had ordered online. The items arrived quickly, however one item arrived not in the condition expected. I contact customer service about it and a resolution was actioned quickly which I am satisfied with. Even though it wasn't the smoothest first interaction with the store that I would have liked, I appreciate the action they took, things were done professionally - and all things considered I'm happy with the service and would certainly purchase from them again.

Tried calling multiple stores looking for the newly released pokemon prismatic evolutions spc. Sold out everywhere. One of the staff here offered to preorder one for me due to another customer cancelling their order. Thank you so much to the staff who helped me out!! Came in store to collect the product however there was a tear in the plastic around the spc (most likely due to a knife cutting the outer box open, the staff was able to give me a different spc. Thank you!

I like this store but the staff have been a bit of a let down. I went a couple of weeks ago to try and get some pokemon with my dad and I went and got one of the newly released products that are limited, then my dad was curious and also wanted to get one for himself but he got declined and the staff member said it was actually 1 per group this was a bit upsetting for my dad, but I was still glad I got something. Recently I went back there for another new pokemon release which were also limited and the same staff member sold 5 to a group of 5 people and did not give the same lie about it being one per group. These double standards are a bit upsetting
