Customers are not thieves. It’s not fair to treat every customer as if they are suspicious or a potential shoplifter. I visited your store to purchase Pokémon cards. While looking at the ETBs on display, I noticed that one of them had its outer shrink wrap partially opened. Because of that, I simply wanted to check the shrink wrap on the ETB I was buying. However, the staff member only held the box up from a distance and kept it in their hands until the entire transaction was completed, never allowing me to inspect it properly. The impression I was left with was that they were more concerned that I might steal the item than helping me make sure I was purchasing a properly sealed product. It was a $120 purchase, and I was only trying to verify that the product was in good condition. When customers are treated with suspicion instead of trust, it creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Trust is a two-way street—if a business does not trust its customers, customers are less likely to feel comfortable trusting the business in return. I hope you will consider this feedback, as creating a welcoming and respectful environment is just as important as providing good products.

Whenever I'm at Northland I drop by to grab a pack or see what board games are on special. Staff have been super helpful with board game recommendations and I love the little review cards from each staff. That tall fella is always so welcoming and brings good vibes to the store. The blonde lady that works there has given some great recommendations for board game nights as well as new card games to check out instead of buying MTG every time :D

Not sure how these retailers are able to sell items above retail price pretty appalling, staff are also Extreemly rude especially the guy with the long hair

Bunch of liars, came in today to ask about pokemon drop lady with red hair says they got nothing. 20mins later came back and there was a line for pokemon cards AND THEY SOLD OUT.

My son saved some money and was eager to spend it on a toy. With his excitement, he went to this store and spent over $20 dollars on a toy that doesn't even work. (Tried within ten minutes after purchase). So I asked him to go back and request an exchange or refund. Both were denied by the "manager" of the store, even after it was clearly shown to him that the toy didn't work. The manager was rude and condescending. And selling defective products here seems to be the norm.
