I recently had a very disappointing experience attempting to redeem a gift voucher before its expiry. The voucher clearly showed an issue date of 29/05/2023, with a stated validity of 36 months. However, I was informed by a staff member that the voucher had already expired, claiming the issue date was 2022. Despite the original date still being visible (albeit slightly faded), the staff member insisted on this incorrect information and even wrote “2022” over the existing date. I was then told the voucher had already been redeemed, which is not the case—the PIN section had not even been scratched. I found this interaction both frustrating and concerning, as it appeared that inaccurate information was being presented and my concerns were dismissed. Based on this experience, I have lost confidence in purchasing or redeeming gift vouchers from this business. I would advise others to exercise caution when purchasing gift vouchers and to keep clear records of purchase and validity.

Friendly staff members ☺️ got what we needed without a hassle

Walked into Games World Karrinyup today and was greeted with a friendly smile, and "Hello, can i help u with anything", from the young staff member. After a roll of bad customer experiences, (never at Games World though), this made me very happy indeed! I am a retail manager myself and struggle to get my own staff to do these things. Really made my shopping experience joyous. Happy face.

U guys might price a bit high, but hey better than being eaten up by scalpers. Love from me to your store! Hopefully pokemon company can turn the printers on for your teams sake! The staff working from 14aug -20 Aug are your best. Don't loose them. ill update the names once I remember or ask again.

Noah is an absolute gem every time I come in! I will come in with a general ‘vibe’ of what i want and I swear Noah, every time, finds something that is perfect and an absolute hit. At this point I actually think he has played every game in the store. The store layout is super easy to understand and find what you’re looking for, it’s always very clean and the staff are always so lovely. Definitely the best Games World in Perth!
