I really have to give kudos to all the employees working this Saturday morning. They greeted customers, asked if they need help and provided all-round good quality customer service. I'm going to seem old, but you just don't get that in stores these days. They earned a sale from me.

A BIG shout out JENNA. She was very helpful. She let me buy a very urgent gift for my nephew and neise at 5 30 pm. Which was there closing time.

Terrible experience. I do not trust them. Poker set was marked with sale price of $99, as opposed to the full cost of $170, and the salesperson wouldn’t honour it (despite being an ACCC law). I emailed the store and they replied overnight agreeing to honour the price if I came back. Which I did the next day….. However, they wouldn’t let me have the same poker set (with 13.5gram chips). Instead trying to tell me the 11.5 gram set was the same. It isn’t. Must think their client are idiots. Buy online from a different business and Im sure it will be a better product and service and save you hassle of going into the store.
