GAMESWORLD CLAREMONT

Saw a price online from this store for chess pieces. The in-store price was $40- 50 more . Asked if I could get the product at there online displayed price and was told that the manager would be in contact. I waited a day, re- contacted store with same reply. Later that day price was taken down online. Still waiting for contact from store. Will report to ACCC if not contacted within the week.

On 12/10 5pm just as store was closing, wanted to buy something very last minute, woman on shift was very kind, lovely and accommodating and let us in and buy what we wanted. We are so grateful and thankful. Thank you so much to her! (So sorry didn’t get the staffs name)

Stores said closing at 9. However I was here at 8.30pm on Thursday Night. And Store has been shutdown already.

Kala the store manager was very helpful today when I brought a mahjong set that was incorrectly priced. She resolved the issue and I’m very happy with my set.

Hi, we were very happy with our service this afternoon by Kalia (?spelled correctly) who went above and beyond to ensure we bought the right Mah Jong set at the best price. I would highly recommend.
