Game Traders Chermside

Wanted to look at some items in the cabinet. The lady with glasses rolled her eyes and seemed unimpressed. Didn’t get to look at everything I wanted and left still spending a significant amount on a figure.

EDIT: There was no message. Checked with a few others and they all agreed. Second time now, Gamertraders claimed to be doing a pre-release event on the Bandai App. Rocked up only to be told it’s not happening. Why put it on the app if it’s not happening? Maybe to get more stock with fake sign-ups? Regardless, never coming back! Reporting to Bandai immediately

Game Traitors! Do not come here for tcg events. Used to be good for one piece events in the past but have travelled for release events multiple times recently and signed up to their events showing on the official app only to find they are not running them once I physically get to the store. Even tried to ring and message to confirm it during the day for the most recent one but no reply until just before the event after I had already got there.

Came into the store and got incredible service from the girl with the blue hair. She saw that my partner and I were looking around and immediately came to our aid. Incredible service and great stock. You guys just need more Persona stuff :)

Lady with brown curly hair working this morning was incredibly rude to me, treats me like an idiot because she didn’t know who a famous Disney character was. This isn’t a first either. On another occasion when picking up a click and collect she gave me so much attitude and spoke down to me.
