EB Games Shellharbour

It's eb games all your gaming needs in one place and if they don't have it, they'll direct you to where to get it 👍🏽

Kevin was very helpful finding the preowned game I was looking for and replacing the case for a new one without any issues.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I enquired about a game that was preowned and $6 dearer than buying it brand new. Old lady serving straight away got uppity. No one was rude to her, she was extremely hostile. I left and brought it across at JB HIFI for $9 cheaper than EB had it used 👏👏

Just wanted to say how amazing their customer service was. The young girl that helped me get the “Kissy Missy” for my son was absolutely amazing. Even did a follow up call to make sure that we got it. Thank you very much!

This is my favourite shop ever. I am so happy they merged with Zing! I love every single thing I have bought from this store in my whole life. The staff are amazing too, friendly & always onto it, giving me a phone call when my pre-order has arrived, so I can pick it up on the day. I can't thank them enough for what they do. I love the wide variety of products & games here too. If I am ever having a day when I am feeling anxious, or feeling upset when something hasn't gone to plan, having a look around in this store never fails to cheer me up. Gaming is my life & I hope to love it for as long as I live. Thankyou EB Games. 😊🙏🎮
