EB Games Parramatta

Terrible store—the pre-ordered item was originally supposed to arrive on July 31, but now, without any notice, it’s been delayed until October 31.

Lovely experience! ryan was very helpful with our nintendo switch 2 purchase. very lovely and helpful and definitely very knowledgeable i love seeing workers like this when i walk into a store :)

Just bought a Nintendo Switch 2, and the lovely female salesperson serving me advised me to get a screen protector as it scratches easily, despite not having in stock there store atm. a quick google and Reddit search showed me that, and as someone who is new to gaming I wouldn't have known to get that, and my experiences at this company so far have been with workers who clearly know there stuff. Really appreciate the information.

Sibell was helping me at this store yesterday just before closing in the afternoon (18/10/2025). She was the most helpful rep out of all the other shops I compared at the mall selling the same product. Exceptional and passionate about the products, enabling me to comfortably purchase everything I wanted and more. I purchased the switch2 and various addons at this EB games. The store manager was also present, and weighed in on the best peripheral combination I needed and extremely satisfied. My friend also commented later that this EB was the best one he had visited in a long time. Can’t go wrong with the EB at parramatta it seems. Thanks guys, Will come back for more!

Nice big clean store. Good amount of merchandise displayed and the staff were very friendly.
