EB Games Narellan

I came into the store today to trade in my PS5 as part of the promotion. The lady assisting me (who I assume was the store manager) was lovely and bubbly, working through the line efficiently. I work in the retail sector myself and can truly appreciate great service. Thank you!

Searching for the limited edition genshin impact ps5 controller, I rang the store prior to driving from over an hour away. The store only had 1 in stock which they put aside for me (no guarantees and I was aware of the risk). Upon my arrival, I was informed there was a click and collect order and the controller was no longer available. I was devastated, they quickly told me they had a solution - they located a controller on the other side of the country, and this would be shipped to my local store for me. The customer service was absolutely amazing, and despite the unfortunate circumstances the team found a solution that suited everyone. 10/10 would shop here again if I was ever in the area.

I went into eb games looking for a playstation game and some pokemon cards for my partner for his birthday. I was a bit overwhelmed and unsure on what to buy, but a wonderful and helpful staff member named Victoria assisted me. She very very understanding and helpful by asking me questions to help me find the best items to purchase for him. I would highly recommend going in store if you are unsure on what to buy!!

I am a regular at this eb games and today I was served by a lovely girl named Erica. She was so lovely and even helped me get more value for my money without me even asking so I naturally ended up getting an extra game. I tend to ask a lot of questions when I’m there and she was able to answer everything I asked. Hopefully she is always there.

Everytime I go, the staff is attentive and I can always find what I am after and if not, they direct me to the closest store that has it or order it in for me. They are polite and helpful, always good to have a chat with too. I enjoy the range and even size of the place cause it doesn't feel too crowded when it is crowded compared to other stores. Then again, I am super bias since this is my local store and I really enjoy going in there to just peruse around. Never really have an issues with them and they always seem to contact me in one way or another when an order comes in, which is great! 11/10 will go again, especially during sales cause best time.
