Absolute legands! The team go above and beyond to assist their customers. Service is always perfection 👌. Thank you Tom and Paige for making our purchases so easy.

We’ve visited EB Games Browns Plains Village Square twice recently and both experiences have been fantastic thanks to one of the staff members there. He was incredibly friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful, making the whole experience really enjoyable. He took the time to answer questions, chat with us and made us feel welcome in store without ever making us feel rushed. Great customer service really stands out these days and it honestly made such a difference to our visit. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

Came in to check out their FNAF merch after the new Jazwares release, and the experience was awesome. While we were browsing, the staff member at the counter recognised us and immediately went out the back to bring out some even cooler items we didn’t even ask for. We ended up buying them, but more importantly, we felt genuinely appreciated. My client couldn’t stop talking about this small act of kindness. Really grateful for the team here — truly NDIS-friendly and highly recommended!

Didn't even know this was here til I was chasing stock and got told where this one was! It's got a very interesting mix of EB/Zing stuff. The staff are incredibly helpful, and made an extra effort to help me hide my Christmas pick up! I appreciate it and it's definitely still a surprise! Thanks guys!
