EB Games Australia Fair

Thankyou to Matt who helped me choose the best deal with purchasing a Nintendo switch console and game. We got a free beanie too. 🤩❤️. Thanks Matt for being so amazing and looking after me and my 4 year old boy.

I purchased 4 x Harry Potter Care Bears (special anniversary edition) in the pre-sale online. When I noticed they were being sold in other places, I contact the store and spoke with Leighton (sorry if I got the spelling wrong!). He could not have been more helpful tracking down other stores who would be able to send the stock to me for collection. He was not able to secure all 4, because EB had sold out but he did source an alternate for me which was above & beyond the service he was obligated to provide. THAT, is remarkable service really. It's very rare these days to find people who go the extra mile for a customer, so I'm extremely grateful that he did that for me. As for the pre-sale, well that is a disappointing experience as people who have paid to reserve their item, should not be left out of the loop & EB itself has not been in contact with us at all regarding this - it speaks absolutely in volumes that their staff are willing to bend over backwards for when their distribution center drops the ball. For all intensive purposes, the guys at EB/Zing Australia Fair offer some of the better service I've received in a long time & they deserve rewarding for that. I would 100% return & spend my adult money on fun stuff in the future!

the employee Matthew with blonde scruffy hair, was making some inappropriate comments towards me whilst serving me. i continued to just ignore this behaviour and not answer to his questions, but he kept on being very persistent in getting an answer. this interaction made me quite uncomfortable.

Matt was so so helpful! I was trying to track down a Jeff the land shark tote bag and he managed to find the last one in the store for me! He was incredibly kind and helpful and was really knowledgable about the controllers my friend was looking at! Thank you Matt!
