Genuinely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I placed an online order for over $150 worth of Pokémon singles. What should have been a straightforward purchase turned into a month-long ordeal, ending only after I was forced to open a payment dispute. The dispute was ultimately decided in my favour because the merchant failed to respond. For anyone considering ordering online, here's exactly what happened: Day 1: Placed my order and payment was taken. Day 8: Having heard nothing, I emailed asking for an update. No reply. Day 10: I called and spoke to Phil, who told me one of the cards couldn't be found but that he was collecting another copy himself and would ship my order Express the following day. Day 11: No tracking or update arrived, so I sent a text asking for an update. No reply. Day 12: I called again. The call wasn't answered, but I immediately received a text saying, "Apologies, I'll give you a call shortly." He never called. Day 13: I called again with no answer and sent a final message asking that, if the order wasn't being sent, to simply refund me. That message was also ignored, so I opened a payment dispute. Day 27: The payment dispute was resolved in my favour because the merchant failed to respond. Taking a customer's money and then ignoring their emails, calls and text messages is simply unacceptable. If the order couldn't be fulfilled, an honest update or a refund would've been fine. Instead, I spent nearly a month chasing an order that should have been resolved with a simple phone call or email. I'm genuinely gobsmacked that a local business can operate like this. In all my years of ordering online, I have never experienced customer service this poor.

My son has started playing Warhammer and this is our closest store that offers gaming opportunities. The owner was helpful when we first enquired and when my son returned a week later, a staff member took home through the gameplay and was very informative. Will definitely try to get to some more community sessions.

My go to store when it comes to Warhammer Old World/40k. Huge area to play, plenty of tables for tabletop and card games like Magic, Pokémon, Star Wars, enough parking space and alot of events throughout the year. And conveniently near Castle Plaza to grab lunch with your mates.

Still have outstanding cards from an order placed on June 30th (2025). When I went to collect in store some were unable to be found, life happens. Phil contacted me on August 1st to confirm my postal address to send missing cards. However since then there has been no progress in two months. 7th August Contacted and ghosted 12th August Contacted again 3rd Sept Contacted and Ghosted 26th Sept Contacted and Ghosted Store was okay, Staff Member working on the daytwas really helpful. Do not purchase online, learn from my mistake. I'll try to update if I do ever get my cards.

Recently ordered some mtg singles from dragon's lair, a week later I had not received a notification of the items being shipped. I attempted communication through the contact form on their website. another couple days later after still getting no response, I sent a message through facebook. The messages shows it was seen, but again I received no response. Clearly the physical store is a great place, judging from the posts going up online. But there seems to be a lacking of anything towards the online customer
