CRITICAL HIT GAMING

Always a fun place fo visit. The peeps who work there are very friendly and always ready to help!! Good variety of tcg too 👌

Had a really lovely first time experience at the store today. The customer service and overall sense of community was amazing. Great levels of stock, and cosy atmosphere with plenty of space for playing. I spent ages going through their sizeable levels of bulk cards and chatting, would definitely recommend if you're ever in town :)

It was me and my brothers first time ever buying Pokemon cards, (I’ve been on the hunt for eevee bc she is cute) and we told them it was my first time, they gave us a free pack of ultra man, many free singles and even a free ascended heroes box for our cards. They also gave us a one piece tin for storage. I bought a light pink binder for my f1 cards. Brilliant customer service and honestly just so nice.

Incredible Store! I live in country victoria, just over a 3 hour drive from Melbourne and I was struggling to find pokemon for a reasonable price in the city, after trying multiple stores i luckily stumbled across this place on my walk back to my accommodation. The staff were extremely welcoming and the environment was so friendly. I’m often quite intimidated when it comes to purchasing Pokemon as i’m a new collector and i’m not sure what i’m after half the time, how ever, the staff were so considerate and allowed me to take my time looking at what i wanted to buy without any judgement. Overall, the store is honestly amazing, but the prices that their packs retail for is incredible! you can tell this is a shop that values collectors and their experiences. I will definitely be back when i’m in melbourne next! a hit i got from one of my packs!

amazing card store. awesome variety of products, good prices and incredible team!
