Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience here. We came in genuinely interested in buying and trading, but the staff member who served us didn’t seem very patient and came across as unhappy to help or make a sale. What also stood out to me was the difference in how customers were treated. Regular customers seemed to receive a much warmer and friendlier welcome, while as newcomers we didn’t feel that same level of service. As a new customer who was actually interested in spending money there, that was disappointing. The pricing also confused me. When I asked about trading in my card, I was told they follow PriceCharting for values, which I was fine with. However, when I checked one of their cards and questioned the price, I was told they were using recent eBay sold prices instead. I completely understand that stores need to make a margin, but I think the pricing method should be consistent, or at least clearly explained to customers. Using PriceCharting when valuing a customer’s trade-in but eBay sold prices when valuing the store’s own cards didn’t feel very fair or transparent. Overall, we came in with genuine intention to buy and trade, but the service, the difference in how newcomers were treated, and the inconsistent approach to card values left us disappointed.

The busiest, the best and the most amazing team bringing a whole community together almost every night in Ashfield. Thanks for these guys, Ashfield has become busier along with restaurants and surrounding areas with all the foot traffic going into this place. They were great specials from time to time as well with trades and deals I highly recommend them And I hope they stay in Ashfield for years to come as they are very well known in the TCG community.

Unfortunately had an unpleasant experience in-store while trying to purchase singles. Cards were overpriced with the specific ones I was hoping to purchase at double market price. When shown the correct market price and asked if he can reduce the price, the employee snapped at me and refused any negotiation. If you want fairly priced cards and kind staff, definitely go over to Card Konbini across the road.

Unfortunately had a poor experience here. Went in to go through bulk. The guy working wasn’t overly friendly when we arrived. We sat and went through bulk for a while, and when I gave him the bundle I wanted (which wasn’t a lot) he got annoyed and started huffing because he had to count the cards and work out the price. Store had only been opened maybe an hour and his attitude was terrible. I was prepared to spend $$$ until it was clear I was an inconvenience. I left the store and found another one across the street that was way more organised and the staff actually were welcoming and friendly. Happily spent up big in there. Prices were much cheaper anyway. Might be a good idea to review the staff you employ.

Was offered $40 (sticker price) to buy all 3 cards. I decided to buy 1. Went back in 5 mins. to buy the remaining 2. The guy decided since i didn’t buy all 3 of them 5 mins ago, i have to pay $45 now because comps went up. Worse than scalpers
