Arkhaven Games & Hobbies

A great family ran store, offers plenty of events from d&d to mtg and has a great range of tabletop accessories and board games. I am looking forward to continuing to attend events at this store and would encourage you to drop in and explore their range.

Me and the kids felt out of place walking in, as far as an anime store goes I would say it's more of a game shop.

So, I decided to drop into this place to have a quick look and, I have to say, not bad. Prices seem pretty fair, and the locals seem friendly. I also asked for some info about a game, and the shopkeep gave some great answers. In all, the place had a great atmosphere. If you're looking for a good TCG place to visit in Newcastle, I give this place a recommendation.

Had a good chat with the person on at the time. They were very friendly and informative. I haven't been to any of their game nights, but from what I was told, the community is pretty casual and new person friendly. Definitely a contender for the best local game store in the newcastle area.

My first time at the store and the staff were very nice, they helped me find the one piece card game I was looking for as well as showing and explaining to me the card sleeves and a carry for the cards I could also get as I’m new to collectables like them. Very nice experience, will be back when I can :)
