Very disappointing. I had placed an order (I had selected cash payment and was going to pay upon arrival), and when I got to the store, I found out my order had been canceled because they were restocking cards. They had the cards, but they didn't honor the price I had reserved. The cards were going for double the price of what I had paid. I don't mind them updating prices. But having to find out when I was there (because they didn't send any email) was a real bummer, especially after having to make a long trip. I wouldn't have made the purchase. I ended up taking fewer cards because I wasn't going to pay that difference. I think it's very unfair to the customer that they didn't honor the price I had already reserved.

My shopping experience was incredibly frustrating. I bought a booster box in June 2025 and, after waiting six months for the product to arrive, I requested a cancellation in mid-December. From then on, I spent over three months trying to get a refund. There were numerous communication problems and excuses: first, they blamed a block on their Mercado Pago account, then they asked for my bank account details (CBU) to transfer the money, and they kept promising payment dates ("next week," "Monday") for weeks, which they never delivered. I had to email them constantly to get any answers. Finally, today, March 27, 2026, they transferred the money. I acknowledge that they eventually fulfilled the refund, but the waiting times and customer service leave much to be desired.

One more message for anyone reading this: DO NOT pre-order anything; it takes forever. I bought Origins boxes and they only arrived after four months. The Spiritforged expansion (bought from a different store, obviously) arrived before Origins itself. Save yourself the stress and avoid a bad experience.
