I bought from them online on December 20, 2025. Since there was no update on the shipment, I contacted them. They replied on December 26, apologizing for the delay and promising to ship within a few days. Today is January 21, 2026, and not only haven't I received my purchase, but they aren't responding to messages on Instagram, the phone number listed is never connected, they don't respond to WhatsApp messages, and they've closed their online store, so I can't contact them or manage anything through those channels either. The store photos are beautiful, but I don't recommend buying from them online; at the moment, it seems like a scam.
